Orders & Delivery

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply click on the item you want, add it to your bag and proceed to the checkout. It’s as simple as that! If you need help placing an order online please contact our customer support team.

How do I know my order has been placed?

Once you have placed an order online you will receive a confirmation email of your order. This will contain your order number, delivery details and information on the item(s) you have ordered.

If you have placed an order online and have not received a confirmation email please get in touch with our customer service team.

Can I place an order over the phone?

For security reasons and in order to protect customer data, we are unable to take orders over the phone. Be safe in the knowledge that web transactions via our site are encrypted via SSL which acts as the ultimate online security and trust solution delivering 256-bit encryption.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We would ask that you please allow up to 4 working days for your order to arrive.

What are your delivery rates?

We offer FREE Standard UK delivery on all orders over £25!

Standard UK Delivery: £2.99 (orders under £20)

Next Day Delivery: £5.99

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

At Pawbits, we hope you will be delighted with your order! If you wish to return an item(s) to us please return these to us within 28 days of the original delivery date.

All items must be returned in their original packaging in an unused and saleable condition with tags and seals still in place. Any costs incurred for returning the item(s) are your responsibility, unless the product is faulty or is not fit for purpose.

If the item(s) you have received is not of a satisfactory quality or are not fit for purpose, please return it to us and we will refund the full cost of your order including return postage.

Once we have received the item(s) your refund will be processed. Please note, refund payments can only be made to the original payment method and we would ask that you allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed. Pawbits cannot be held liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Where is my refund?

Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment card. Please allow 14 working days from receipt of your return for the refund to be processed.

What is your returns address?

Please send your item(s) to our returns address below. Please include your original delivery note and highlight if you would like a refund or exchange.

Why has the price changed?

At Pawbits, we try to offer competitive prices on all our products. This means that from time to time the prices on our website may vary. We are unable to refund the difference in price if your order has already been processed. If you have purchased an item in the last 24 hours and your order has not been dispatch please get in touch with our customer service team.

Does Pawbits have a retail store?

Pawbits is an online retailer only.

Do I have to pay sales tax / VAT?

All prices on our website already include VAT at the current UK rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. All payments are processed without having to leave our website. All orders are subject to authorisation by your card issuer.
